Raconte-moi Saint-Maixent

The Association Raconte-moi Saint-Maixent was born at the result of walks and meetings between women and men of various sensibilities, who have in common their attachment to their city.

The past of our small City is very rich in important historic events but also in the small facts of ordinary life which contribute to the charm of our discoveries.

Saint-Maixent l'Ecole is also the Military Academy. This Academy's prestige and famous graduates are known throughout the country and it still attracts young servicemen today.

Today, through exhibitions, lectures and our web site, we hope to promote interest in our beautiful town.
